ASSIGNMENT 1
INTRODUCTION
This is a group assignment of 5 members and its divided into two part which is part A and part B. For part A assignment, students are required to draw the top view, 2 elevation views and 2 section views of the given fruits or vegetables by using technical drawing skills. For part 2 Assignment, students are required to top view, side view and section view of the given furniture by using an accurate measurement and correct scale.
PART A
Our group were assigned by a specific fruit which was dragon fruit.
PART B
We chose a sleeper chair from the library for our Part B assignment.
REFLECTIVE
In this tasks, I have learnt what is the distinction between a outline drawing and orthographic drawing and how to properly apply it. I also learnt about how to convert the scale and the measurement of the sleeper chair. All through this assignment, my group mates and I really confront few issues when doing the the drawings. For example how to measure and draw the curve side of the chair and what is the sectional of the chair is going to be. In the end, i have learnt to undertake and alter the arrangements when confronting issues with my group mates. This assignment also helped me to develop the time concept because we need to finish it in the specified time.
